I just couldn't help but post about Noah's new favorite song...it's from the Disney musical "Newsies" (early 90's). We had the music, which Noah really enjoyed listening to, but then we showed him the clip from the musical on youtube. Now, he always dances around and tries to imitate the moves he saw on the clip. Enjoy!

I'm so glad you posted to our blog so I was able to read through some of yours! Congratulations on your beautiful boys - they're both adorable. Ethan's smile is so precious, and I'm totally digging Noah's dancing moves... I was actually really glad you posted about that "Seize the Day" song - it's on a Disney CD we have (currently in Matt's car) and when it plays, Maddie now knows most of the words but always asks what it's from, and while I assumed Newsies, I didn't know for sure and kept meaning to look it up! Anyway, that was random, but the video cracked me up. I also love his cute glasses and patch - my brother Matt had to wear both for a similar diagnosis when he was about the same age and whenever I see them on kids it makes me smile. I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your time in Peru. We are in Nothern Virginia still and definitely enjoy it here!
Oh my goodness...I don't know what I love most about this video clip, Laura. The fact that Noah has one suspender off his shoulder, so he actually looks like a newsie himself...the fact that he totally DANCES just like them...or the fact that Newsies is STILL in my top three favorite movies and your little boy and I could have a dance-and-sing-along. In fact, I would love it. When you're back in the states, I think this might just have to be arranged. A-mazing.
I love that Noah scolds you, Laura, when it isn't your turn/time to dance. He's too precious.
